I began cooking at the age of 17, inspired by a passion for bringing people together through the flavors of homemade Indian cuisine, and by 21 I had the joy of opening my first restaurant. For me, cooking has never been just a profession—it is a way of sharing culture, warmth, and love with every guest who walks through our doors. Each meal is prepared with care, using recipes and techniques that honor tradition while making every dish unique and memorable. Over the years, many of our loyal customers have become like family, and that sense of connection remains at the heart of everything we do.
